Oak & Eden Rye & Rumba is a straight rye whiskey built on a 95% rye base and aged for two years in new, charred American oak barrels.
Rather than resting in a second cask, it is finished in the bottle. A spiral-cut spire of American oak, soaked in Caribbean rum, sits in each bottle and adds sweetness, character and balance.
The result is described as spicy yet mellow, with a sweet side from the rum. It can be taken neat or in a cocktail.
