Oak & Eden Bourbon and Vine is the brand's first small-batch expression, bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The bourbon is distilled from corn, rye and barley and aged for two years in new American charred oak barrels.
The finish happens in the bottle. A 5 inch spiral of French oak, which has first rested for four weeks in cabernet sauvignon, is added at bottling. The result is described as a sweet, fruity bourbon, with the rich, slightly spicy character of the base spirit and a red wine influence from the oak.
