Oak & Eden Bourbon & Vine is a bourbon finished with a piece of French oak that had rested in cabernet sauvignon. It is the second edition of the first small-batch expression from Oak & Eden, brought back after its first release.
The base is bourbon aged for two years in new American charred oak barrels. A 5-inch spiral cut of French oak, previously in Marker Cellars' cabernet sauvignon, is placed in the bottle to finish the whiskey.
