Oakpacker "Air Edition" is an American single malt whiskey made in small batches from malted barley and air-harvested water. It is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) after ageing in oak barrels.
The nose shows vanilla, honey and toasted malt with a hint of fresh citrus. The palate is smooth and rich, with caramel, oak and warm baking spices, plus a subtle nuttiness.
The finish is long, with toasted wood, toffee and a touch of spice.
