Occhio di Pernice Vin Santo - Tenuta di Artimino (37.5cl)

A Vin Santo from Tenuta di Artimino, produced in Tuscany and presented in a 375 ml bottle. It has an intense amber colour from ageing in small oak barrels. The nose shows dried fruit, honey, sweet spice and a subtle toasted almond note. On the palate it is rich and enveloping, with a balance between sweetness and freshness and a pleasant persistence. It suits meditation drinking, desserts such as cantucci and fruit tarts, or blue cheeses.
