A Tuscan sparkling wine from Tenuta di Artimino, made by the classic method with a second fermentation in bottle. It has a delicate rose colour with bright reflections and at least 36 months of maturation on the lees. The palate is immediately fresh, balanced by pleasant creaminess and a persistent finish with mineral nuances. It works well as an aperitif and with light starters, fish and seafood dishes, sushi and sashimi.
