Old Elk – 10 Year Old Straight Wheat Whiskey, 10-Year Collection (75cl, 51.5%)

Old Elk 10 Year Old is a straight wheat whiskey from Old Elk Distillery in Fort Collins, Colorado, bottled at 51.5% ABV (103 proof) in a 750ml bottle. The mash bill is almost entirely wheat, with a small proportion of malted barley, and the whiskey matured for ten years. It is the third and final release in the distillery's 10-Year Collection, which arrived in July 2026 with a straight bourbon and a wheated bourbon. Master Distiller Greg Metze leads production at the distillery.
