Old Elk Sherry Cask Finish is a straight bourbon bottled at 54.85% ABV, part of the distillery's Cask Finish Series.
It builds on the flagship high-malt mash bill and is left to rest in Oloroso sherry casks, where the rich remnants of the wine add to the spirit.
The result is full-bodied, with a nuanced flavour.
