The bourbon was made in autumn 2012 and bottled in spring 2023, at 100 proof (50%) under the bottled-in-bond designation.
The nose offers caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, honey, dried fruit and baking spice. The palate is rich and balanced, with brown sugar, vanilla cream, oak spice, cinnamon and mellow fruit. The finish is long and warming, with oak, caramel, vanilla and spice.
