Old Forester Signature Kentucky Bourbon 100 Proof (75cl, 50%)

Old Forester Signature is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 100 proof, rather than the standard 86, in a 75cl bottle. The Old Forester brand dates back to 1870. It is produced at Brown-Forman's Shively distillery from a mashbill of 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malted barley, using air-seasoned barrels with a number 4 char. The style is sweetly spiced and mellow, with the higher strength adding an extra punch of baking spices on the finish.
