Old Grand Dad Bourbon Whiskey

Old Grand Dad Bourbon Whiskey is a straightforward bourbon from the Old Grand-Dad brand, which has an unusual chapter in its history. During Prohibition the brand was produced by a pharmaceutical company, the American Medicinal Spirits Co. It was one of the few distilled spirits permitted to be prescribed as medicine. The brand's own telling is that it was a popular time to be unwell.
