Old Perth Manzanilla Limited Edition (70cl, 53.4%)

This is a limited edition single malt from Old Perth, bottled at 53.4% in a 70cl bottle. It has matured only in ex-Manzanilla sherry casks, which came from Sanlucar de Barrameda, at the mouth of the Guadalquivir river on the Atlantic coast. Manzanilla is a fino sherry in which dried fruit, such as cherries and raisins, plays a large part. The whisky is described with flavours of toffee, nuts and dried grapes, along with salty coastal influences.
