Old Pulteney 12 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Highlands, bottled at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is matured entirely in air-dried, hand-selected ex-bourbon casks.
In appearance it is deep amber with a copper glow and a slight pink hue.
The nose is of medium to high intensity, with a briny hint of sea air. The palate is dry, medium bodied and smooth, with honey and cream, a faint saltiness and a slight spicy note. The finish is sweet and long lasting.
