A 45-year-old single malt Scotch from Signatory Vintage, bottled from a single cask as a limited edition. It comes at 43.3% in a 70cl bottle and is presented in a tube. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose combines ripe tropical fruit, old leather and beeswax with raisins, honey and dried apricots. On the palate it is velvety, with dark chocolate, butterscotch, fine spices, orange peel, caramel and a little tobacco.
The finish is long, with spicy oak, hazelnuts and a sweet malt note.
