Ole Smoky Mango Habanero is a flavoured whiskey made in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, bottled at 30% ABV (60 proof). It sets the sweetness of ripe mango against a building heat from habanero peppers.
It is suited to a chilled shot, or to adding a kick to a summer margarita.
The nose is bright and juicy, with fresh tropical mango, sweet citrus and a subtle peppery undertone. The palate opens with thick, syrupy mango and honey, followed by a warm, building habanero heat. The finish is lingering, warm and spicy, with sweet fruit and tingling pepper.
