A 15 year old single malt from a distillery on the Orkney Islands, bottled under the Orkney (HP) name as Edition #83 of Signatory Vintage's 100 Proof Collection. It was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2026.
The whisky was finished in a first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butt, which gives it colour and aromatic density. It is bottled at 57.1%, close to the traditional 100 Proof measure, without chill-filtration or added colouring.
