Oskiros Cannonau di Sardegna DOC

A red wine with a Mediterranean character, tied to Cannonau and its production area. The nose offers ripe red fruit, Mediterranean aromatic herbs and light spicy sensations, complex but not showy. On the palate it has balanced body, mature tannins and fresh savouriness supporting the sip, with aromatic returns of fruit and a finish of good persistence. It accompanies grilled meats, roasts, savoury sauces and hard cheeses, as well as Sardinian dishes. Serve around 16-18 C; it may benefit from a few minutes of aeration before serving.
