Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Oskiros

A white wine offering a sincere reading of Vermentino grown in Gallura. The nose shows citrus, including bergamot and citron, white flowers, light white peach and a mineral-saline note that gives freshness. On the palate it is dry, with lively acidity and a sapid texture that supports the sip; the body is balanced and the clean finish leaves a light almond note. It pairs well with fish, shellfish, seafood salads, light pasta dishes, fresh cheeses and vegetable preparations, and is best served between 8 and 10 °C in a tulip glass.
