Pampero Bianco Rum (1L)

Pampero Bianco Rum is produced in Venezuela from sugar cane, using a recipe unchanged since 1938. It is aged for at least six months in oak casks and then slowly filtered through vegetable charcoal. Colourless, transparent and crystal clear, it has aromas of candy floss and confetti, with spicy notes of vanilla and white pepper, plus light sandalwood and smoky hints. The palate is firm and dry, with softness leading to a clean, dry finish with pleasant sweet notes. It can be drunk neat or with ice, and is also suited to cocktails such as a Mojito.
