The barrels were chosen from the heart of the ageing warehouses, and the bourbon spent 15 years in deep-charred oak. The nose is elegant and sweet, with caramel corn and vanilla. The palate brings leather, oak and a complex fruitiness. The finish is smooth, with spice and oak tannins.
