Passirò Rossetto Passito IGP is a sweet passito wine from Lazio, made from the native Rossetto grape. Slow drying of the grapes concentrates sugars and aromas, giving a rich, enveloping structure. It shows an intense golden colour, with aromas of ripe fruit, honey and a light hint of sweet spices, balanced by lively freshness. It suits meditation, baked desserts, blue cheeses or panna cotta.
