A peanut butter flavoured whiskey from Old Elk Distillery in Fort Collins, Colorado, bottled at 35% in a 750ml bottle. It blends the distillery's whiskey with three separate peanut flavours, built up in layers rather than as a single sweet note. The nose has roasted peanut butter, vanilla, caramel and gentle hazelnut, with apple over a sweet whiskey base. On the palate are apple and walnut, then buttered popcorn, salted peanuts and shortbread, with a syrupy, full body. The finish is medium, with chocolate-cream sweetness, roasted peanut and a faint salted note.
