Pecorino Offida DOCG BIO Numa

A white wine from Numa, from the Offida denomination, made from Pecorino grapes grown organically. It has a bright straw-yellow colour. The nose offers delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus, white-fleshed fruit, light mineral notes and a hint of almond. The palate shows good freshness and balanced structure, with sapidity supporting the sip and a clean, slightly bitter finish. It suits seafood starters, grilled fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses, and works as an aperitif or informal meal wine.
