Rosso Piceno DOC Superiore Numa

A red wine of good concentration, made under organic farming criteria. Ruby in colour with light garnet reflections, it shows ripe red and black fruit on the nose with delicate spice and a moderate vegetal note. Medium-bodied, with well-integrated tannins and fresh acidity that aids drinkability; the structure is balanced, with a pleasant but unobtrusive finish. Serve slightly cool for a red, around 16-18 °C, opening a few minutes ahead for brief aeration. It pairs with meat mains, moderately structured roasts, cured meats, medium-aged cheeses and everyday dishes.
