Pendleton 1910 is a bourbon from Hood River Distillers in Oregon, named for the first Pendleton Round-Up rodeo, held in 1910. It was aged for ten years in white American oak barrels and cut to a bottling strength of 45% ABV with glacier-fed water from Mt. Hood. It comes in a 750ml bottle.
The nose is maple syrup and toasted oak. The palate brings caramel sweetness, creamy vanilla and a touch of rye spice, and the finish is long and warm, with a gentle tingle of rye spice.
