A vanilla and cinnamon flavoured whisky from Sinfire, made by Hood River Distillers in Oregon. It is bottled at 35% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The nose is floral vanilla, vanilla bean, caramel and sweet cinnamon. The palate opens with vanilla, then moves to whisky and caramel. The finish brings citrus and a spicy cinnamon note, with nutty caramel lingering. It can be sipped neat or used in coffee or root-beer cocktails.
