Penelope Architect Bourbon Finished with French Oak Staves

Penelope Architect is a bourbon finished with French oak staves. It is the first build in a series, pairing the brand's signature four-grain mash bill with two types of stave. The staves were hand-selected in collaboration with Radoux of France, using their OakScan process. The nose is rich and spicy with oak, with hints of butterscotch and citrus. The body brings savoury dark chocolate, caramel and vanilla, and the finish carries spice, smoke and rich chocolate.
