Penelope Four Grain is a straight bourbon from Penelope Bourbon, in a 750ml bottle at 80 proof (40%). It is made from four grains: corn, wheat, rye and malted barley, using barrels produced at MGP in Indiana.
Golden amber in colour, it has a nose of vanilla, light caramel, florals, toasted grain and soft spice. The palate brings honey, cinnamon, mellow oak, toasted grain and a touch of fruit sweetness, followed by a clean, smooth finish with lingering caramel and warm spice.
