Penelope Toasted Barrel Finish is a bourbon from the Toasted Series, bottled at 50% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
It is fully matured in charred new American oak barrels, then finished in a new barrel that has been freshly toasted. The chars and toasts vary from barrel to barrel, so the flavour of each bottle in the series can differ.
The toasting adds deep notes of vanilla to the Penelope flavour profile.
