Perpetuity Blended Whisky by Port of Leith (46%)

Perpetuity is a blended Scotch whisky from the team behind Lind & Lime Gin and Port of Leith Distillery. It is their first whisky release, bottled at 46% ABV, with an outturn of 2000 bottles. It is made from carefully sourced Scotch whiskies blended in a large oak vat. The vat is then half emptied and refilled with newly sourced whiskies, a solera-style method that adds a little extra maturation to each release.
