This is Philadelphia, an 8 year old blended American whiskey distilled in 1962 and bottled in 1970 at 43% in a 113cl bottle. It was produced by Continental Distilling at the Kinsey distillery in Linfield, Pennsylvania, which now stands in ruins. The blend is 35% straight whiskies aged 8 years and 65% grain neutral spirits. The Kinsey name lives on as a bourbon brand made nearby at New Liberty Distillery in Philadelphia. Continental Distilling was a subsidiary of Publicker, which went on to found Inver House.
