A still white wine from Vallona, made from Pignoletto in the Colli Bolognesi. It is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose offers white flowers, green apple, peach, almond and light aromatic herbs. On the palate it is lively and balanced, with a persistent finish carrying a slight bitter note typical of Pignoletto. Serve chilled as an aperitif or with light seafood and vegetable dishes.
