Vallona Pignoletto Vivace DOC

An effervescent white wine from Vallona, made mainly from native grapes of Emilia-Romagna. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose combines floral notes with fresh fruit such as green apple and peach, plus citrus vibrations. On the palate it shows good acidity balanced by moderate sapidity, with delicate bubbles and a clean, direct fruit flavour that persists in the finish. It is suited to an aperitif, light dishes, seafood starters or fresh vegetables, and is best served at 6 to 8 degrees Celsius.
