Pinhook Collaboration Series Edition 2 is a 4 year old straight bourbon from 2022, bottled at 59.45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It was blended and proofed from 20 pinhooked barrels sourced from Still Austin.
The whiskey aged for four years in the Texas heat, which speeds maturation. The edition is a collaboration with Oliver, chair of the Michael J. Jackson Foundation, and it funds 20 scholarships in brewing and distilling for people of colour through the foundation.
