Pinhook Collaboration Series Edition No. 2 is a bourbon created with Garrett Oliver, the brewmaster of Brooklyn Brewery in New York City.
Oliver became friends with Sean Josephs, Pinhook's co-founder and master blender, as a regular at Char No. 4, Josephs' Brooklyn bourbon bar. He has more than 30 years in professional brewing and is also an enthusiast of bourbon, cognac and mezcal. He is the author of The Brewmaster's Table and editor-in-chief of The Oxford Companion to Beer.
