Pinot Chardonnay Frizzante IGT

A frizzante wine from Galassi, combining Pinot and Chardonnay for immediate freshness and easy drinking. In the glass it shows green apple, citron and small white flower aromas, with fine bubbles that do not weigh on the palate. The texture is slender, with balanced sapidity and contained softness. It suits aperitifs and light dishes such as raw seafood, summer salads, shellfish, sushi, delicate cured meats and fresh cheeses. Serve well chilled in a flute or tulip glass.
