A bright ruby red with an immediate, sincere profile of ripe small red fruits, cherry and raspberry, alongside light floral notes and a herbaceous hint. On the palate it is lean and dynamic, with lively acidity and gentle tannins, plus savouriness and freshness that make it easy to drink while remaining well defined.
Suited to everyday dining, it accompanies tomato-based first courses, white meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve around 16-18 °C to appreciate its vivacity and clean fruit.
