A Pinot Grigio DOC from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, in a 375ml bottle. It is pale straw yellow with bright reflections. The nose is delicate and inviting, with green apple, pear, citrus and light floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, soft and balanced, with well-integrated acidity and a clean, persistent finish; fresh fruit flavours are joined by a light minerality. It pairs well with light starters, fish or seafood, delicate cured meats and fresh cheeses, and can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
