Pisco Portón Mosto Verde Torontel (70cl)

Portón Mosto Verde Torontel is a Peruvian pisco from the Hacienda La Caravedo distillery, made by distilling grape must from the Torontel variety. It is produced in small batches using traditional methods in discontinuous stills, and it is bottled without any ageing. The nose is floral, fruity and spicy, with tropical fruit and vanilla. On the palate it is soft and clean, with a good length. It works in cocktails or can be sipped on its own over plenty of ice.
