This is a 16 year old Kentucky straight bourbon from Gentleman's Cut, released as the Father and Son edition to mark family milestones. It is bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
The mashbill is 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley. It was produced by Game Changer Bourbon, LLC in Boone County, Kentucky.
The nose offers oak, caramel and vanilla. On the palate come aged wood, a hint of rye spice and toasted nuts, leading to a smooth, long finish with malt and a touch of sweetness.
