A Primitivo Salento Rosato IGP from Poggio Marù, with a bright powder-pink colour. It opens with aromas of ripe small red fruits and light floral nuances; cherry, raspberry and a trace of Mediterranean herbs emerge clearly. The palate is slender and immediate, supported by lively acidity that keeps freshness and flow, with a light body and gentle softness balancing the savoury finish. Persistence remains pleasant, with fruity returns. Serve around 10-12 °C in a wide glass with summer dishes such as seafood salads, crustaceans, grilled fish and delicate cured meats.
