Polini Group Grappa Bianca Alambicco (2L)

A clear Italian grappa in a 200cl bottle, made by traditional small-still methods. It is unaged, keeping the natural character of the grape pomace. The nose is intense and clean, with fragrant freshly distilled pomace, herbal notes and a light fruity accent. On the palate it is surprisingly soft, balanced by a firm, clean structure that invites a slow sip. It suits drinking neat after a meal, or with simple desserts and fresh cheeses.
