Porfidio Limited Edition Pure Cane Rum is an unaged white rum in the agricole style, made in Martinique from fresh sugarcane juice rather than molasses. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
It is produced in small batches on a column still, with no added sugar, colouring or artificial flavours, and runs crystal clear. It belongs to the Limited Edition Collection from Porfidio.
On the nose there is fresh-cut sugarcane, light floral notes and citrus zest. The palate is smooth and grassy, with hints of tropical fruit, lime and light pepper, followed by a clean, dry finish with a subtle herbal note.
