Port Charlotte Islay Barley 2014 is a peated single malt from Bruichladdich, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. It is made entirely from barley grown on Islay.
Maturation took place in a combination of first-fill bourbon, sherry and wine casks. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
It is described as smoky peat, sweet vanilla, ripe fruit and spicy oak, followed by a long, smoky finish.
