Port Dundas 22 Year Old is a single grain Scotch from a Lowland distillery that closed in 2010. It was distilled in March 2003, matured in a bourbon barrel and bottled in 2026 at 50% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. Claxton's chose it for the Exploration Series. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. The nose has creamy vanilla and warm caramel with a little oak spice. On the palate, caramel sweetness and soft vanilla come with a pinch of pepper. The finish is long, with oak and a gentle sweetness.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
