Port Dundas – 25 Year Old Best Dram (70cl, 55.9%)

This is a 25 year old Lowland single grain whisky from Port Dundas, bottled by Best Dram as a single cask at cask strength. It was distilled on 10 October 2000 and matured in a bourbon barrel, cask no. 305281, before bottling on 20 January 2026 at 55.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The outturn is 151 bottles, and the whisky is natural colour and non-chill-filtered. The nose offers creamy vanilla, coconut, runny honey and a little oak spice. The palate is marked by vanilla sweetness that moves into soft caramel with fine wood notes, and the long finish keeps a steady vanilla note with a dry, creamy close.
