This is a 35 year old single grain Scotch whisky from the silent Port Dundas distillery, bottled by Living Souls in 2025 at a cask strength of 50.5% in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured fully in refill bourbon barrels.
The nose offers butterscotch, vanilla, custard tart and coconut. On the palate come crème brûlée, ripe apricot, popcorn and a soft grain sweetness. The finish is warm and gently sweet, with lingering bakery notes.
