Port Dundas – Exploration Series 22 Year Old 2003/2026 (50%)

This is a single cask Port Dundas, a 22 year old Scotch single grain chosen by Claxton's for its Exploration Series. It was distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2026. Port Dundas was a large grain distillery in Glasgow and closed in 2010, so this whisky dates from its working years. It spent its whole maturation in a bourbon barrel, an American standard barrel made from American oak. It is bottled at 50% vol, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
