Primator India Pale Ale (6.5%)

Primator India Pale Ale is a Czech IPA of 6.5% ABV in the American style. It is brewed with pale ale malt, caramel malt and American hops, fermented with ale yeast, then carbonated and pasteurised. It is a markedly hoppy beer, firmly bitter and aimed at those who enjoy hops. It pairs well with spicy Asian dishes, where the bitterness answers chilli and curry and contrasts with the sweetness and richness of coconut milk. Serve it chilled to about 10°C.
