Primator Premium Dark

Primator Premium Dark is a dark Czech beer and the first pilsner to carry the Primator name, which makes it the most historic beer in the range. It draws on decades of brewing technique, refined over time by the brewmaster. Four malt types in equal parts give it its character, with Munich malt behind the full flavour and dark colour, and a measured amount of hops. It pours with a velvety head. On the palate there is fine caramel with a subdued bitterness in the background. It suits roast meat, game and rich desserts, and works well in cooking, for example sausages cooked in dark beer or a roast marinated in it.
